Tell us what you like least about the SAA Creche? |
1. the security gate is seldom working
2. the whole administration/registration including finance is manual which is wasting time .I pay via internet banking but I still have to submit proof manually
3. School fees increase was 40% from R650 to R900 how is this calculated ? We are expecting annual increase but it must meet CPI .
4. The playground is scratching kids , not in condition at all
5. There are no toys for them to play with inside , children are expected to sit down .
6. The facility has not so clean , out of 10 I will give it 2/10
7. In the afternoon children are sitting on the tiles while waiting to be picked up .

Do you have any recommendations for enhancing the SAA Creche Programme and facilities? |
1.The play ground must needs to be inspected all sharp ends must the protected .
2. We must have feedback what our children do( developing their minds at least on weekly basis.
3. Staff compliment is a problem , in the afternoon there about 3 classes combined to 2 teachers . They need more teachers
4 . I don't mind paying R900 but I feel it is not meeting expectations over that I must still buy toilet paper and stationery
5. Communication needs to improve , there must be email where we can send proof of payments . This is secure for them too . What if they are robbed if they keep money in the premises .
6.There must be what's up group for parent so that we stay in touch with teachers , where the school is to be closed due to strike we can be sent a communication via whatsup . Last time there was no communication .
7.The exit gate for cars must be open at peak times to avoid congestion and traffic .
8.Ask for donation for old toys from all SAA staff and parents every quarter
9.Buy clean linen and matrasses
